Order processing and dispatch

We work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates below refer to business days and are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Order processing time, courier collection schedules, public holidays, customs checks and circumstances outside our control may affect the overall delivery time. If a product or delivery method has a different estimated timeframe, the estimate shown at checkout or communicated to you will apply.

Estimated delivery times

• United States: 2–3 business days.
• United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days. Next-working-day delivery may be available for eligible orders and locations.
• GCC countries: 3–4 business days.
• Asia: 4–5 business days.
• Europe: 7–8 business days.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery availability may vary by destination, serviceability, order volume and courier conditions. The available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking, customs and delays

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared through the contact details provided with your order. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, duties, taxes or other import charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details or other events outside our reasonable control, but please contact us if your order appears delayed so we can help check its status.
