At Furrest, we are dedicated to delivering our premium, plant-based pet care essentials directly to your doorstep cleanly, safely, and efficiently. We fulfill orders locally from our distribution hubs in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
1. USA Shipping & Delivery
All US domestic orders are fulfilled directly from our dedicated US distribution network. We offer two fast and reliable shipping options at checkout:

- Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
- Coverage: We deliver across all 50 US states. Delivery times to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska may vary slightly based on local postal service schedules.
2. UAE Shipping & Delivery
We offer tailored delivery options across all seven emirates in the UAE:

- Same-Day Order Cut-Off: To qualify for Same-Day Delivery in Dubai & Sharjah, orders must be placed prior to 12:00 PM (GST), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched for Next-Day Delivery.
- Operating Schedule: UAE deliveries run Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide!
- Same-Day Dispatch
- Delivery: Within 4 Working Days, depending on destination and customs procedures.
Please note: Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email/SMS with tracking details so you can monitor your package status in real time.
5. Shipping Rates & Address Accuracy
- Checkout Rates: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on package weight, delivery location, and selected shipping tier at checkout.
- Shipping Address: Please verify that your full street address, unit/apartment number, city, and primary contact phone number are accurate at checkout. Furrest is not responsible for shipment delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
- Address Corrections: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact care@furrests.com immediately. Changes can only be made prior to order dispatch.
6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
- Damaged Goods: If your products arrive damaged during transit, please photograph the damaged item and packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Delayed / Missing Packages: If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, check with housemates or building reception first. If missing, reach out to our team within 5 business days so we can initiate a carrier claim.
